For this project, we restored an existing patio screen enclosure and installed a retractable awning to enhance comfort and usability. The restoration began with a detailed inspection of the enclosure’s frame to identify areas with wear or damage. We reinforced weak spots and replaced sections of the worn screen to restore its strength and functionality. Once repaired, the frame was cleaned and repainted with a crisp white finish, giving the enclosure a fresh, modern look.

Next, we installed a motorized retractable awning to provide adjustable shade and protection from the elements. The awning was mounted above the enclosure with heavy-duty brackets to ensure stability. It featured weather-resistant fabric in a neutral tone to complement the enclosure’s updated style. The motorized controls allowed the homeowner to easily extend or retract the awning as needed, providing flexible shade on sunny days while keeping the space open and airy when desired.

The combined restoration and awning installation resulted in a transformed patio that offered protection from bugs, adjustable sun coverage, and a polished, cohesive design—perfect for enjoying outdoor living in comfort.
